This section provides a summary of the functionality that is available with the 12/04/2024 Softera.eCom product update:
eCom Return Order application
Changes return order application logic. Improved search for eCom Completed Order, that should be applied to the Return Order. Added additional search trough eCom Completed Order Lines, in cases, when we receive more thank on order with the same eCom External Order No.
Relevant to customers using our Marketplace functionality, that has an integration with Amazon.
If there are two or more identical eCom Completed Orders, the system does not have the needed information to determine to which order it should apply the created return order. Unfortunately, there won’t be a way to create those kind of returns automaticaly.
eCom Rest API method /items returns additional field “Purchasing Blocked”
