This section describes the steps required to terminate an employee and close related entries.

Steps

  1. Update Employee
    • Method: [PATCH] sprEmployee
    • Fields:
      • terminationDate (mandatory)
      • warningOfTerminationDate (optional)
      • groundsForTerminationId (optional)
      • orderOfTerminationNo (optional)
System auto-actions:
  1. Auto-close all related entries like sprContracts, sprAllocations, sprAbsences.
  2. Cut absences up to terminationDate
  3. Deletes time sheet entries that are later then terminationDate
