Introduction

Softera.Delivery - an integrational solution with multisiuntos.lt, that helps to exchange data with couriers’ IT systems. This solution can be deployed in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central On-Premise and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central cloud versions.

The solution includes:

• Creation of delivery orders: an intermediate delivery document is created from BC sales orders and warehouse shipments. Sender, receiver, and the information about transported goods is filled from the source document. Additionally, the user selects shipment parameters: number of packages, shipment type, shipment value, etc.
• Creating a shipment in the multisiuntos.lt system: automatic creation of a shipment in the multisiuntos.lt system.
• Releasing a shipment in the multisiuntos.lt system: automatic releasing of a shipment in the multisiuntos.lt system.
• Receiving of PDF shipment labels to the BC system: automatic downloading and saving of the generated shipment label(s) in the shipment document.
• Receiving of package tracking no. to the BC system: package tracking number is downloaded from the couriers’ IT system.
• Data control: all the data is checked by multisiuntos.lt and the couriers’ IT systems.
• Calling of the courier: automatic calling the courier by using multisiuntos.lt tasks functionality.
