Introduction

Softera.eCom app is designed to automate the exchange of e-commerce data between the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central business management system (hereinafter - BC) and the electronic shop (hereinafter - e-shop):

• Items and related information: items, item variants, item pictures, item variant pictures, item category tree, item attributes, item units of measure, item inventory, item variants inventory.
• Price lists: standard BC pricing is supported - item price lists, customer price group lists and quantity-dependent prices, customer and/or item group discounts.
• Orders and related information: business and non-business customers, shipment label, shipment manifest, order header, order lines, order statuses.

Using the Softera.eCom app, e-commerce platforms - business to business (B2B) and business to customer (B2C) are integrated with BC.
